Procedures |
1. Submit tournament fee
a) arrange pick-up/drop-off with your division's contact person, or
b) mail a cheque payable to FCCM Basketball to:

*Remember to write your team name on the cheque
2. Submit team and roster information
a) print out and fill in registration form, submit it along with tournament fee
b) register your team online here
