Announcement: (June 22)
- Pool Draw, Schedule and Game Rules are updated.
- All Teams are required to check-in at the Registration Desk 1 hour before their first scheduled game.
- All players are required to bring a white and a dark coloured shirt/jersey.
- Parents’ signature on waiver form required for YOUTH PLAYERS.
Also Featuring:
TOA Slam Dunk Competition at 4pm on Saturday June 24. All Tournament Participants are welcome to sign-up at Registration Desk.

Overview:
As part of the sports pavilion at the annual Taste of Asia festival, a 3 on 3 street basketball tournament will be held. Each year, we attract hundreds of basketball players from all ethnics, skills levels and age groups to compete in their own respective divisions.

$60 per team (a maximum of 5 players per team) |

Men – Open, Recreation, Master
Girls – Open
Boys – 19 & under, 16 & under, 12 & under
Community – Open (All age/both genders) |
| Registration
procedures: |
- Read and fill out the registration
package completely; incomplete forms will not be processed.
- Fill out and submit this online
registration form.
- Include all signatures of team members. Parent / guardian
signatures are required if player(s) is under 18 years old.
Teams will not be registered without all necessary signatures,
and a refund of the registration fee will not be given.
- Issue a $60 cheque payable to " FCCM Basketball "
- Mail completed registration form along with the cheque
